This hotel has potential with friendly staff and beautiful design elements, but the rooms left much to be desired due to their poor condition. I enjoyed the artistic touches throughout the premises and appreciated the live music, though the service could be improved. Overall, the room quality did not match the otherwise charming atmosphere.

I had a mix of experiences during my stay. While the hotel's location is stunning with beautiful art integrated into the design, the inconsistency in service and room quality left me wanting more.
